Desert Bayou Nominated For NAACP Image Awards

GeekPAK would like to congratulate Taproot Productions on such an amazing nomination.
One of GeekPAK’s client’s, Taproot Productions, is proud to say that the 39th NAACP Image Awards nominees were announced Tuesday during a press conference at The Beverly Hilton Hotel. Over 1,200 entries were received, and Desert Bayou has been nominated along side some of this years most heralded documentaries.

From those 1,200 entries, a special committee of 300 industry professionals and NAACP leaders from across the country selected five nominees in each of 44 categories.
