Cascade Centers has been providing quality Employee Assistance Program services since 1978. Cascade Centers approached GeekPAK with clear objectives for their website redesign. Since they provide so many services to their customers, they needed a website that focused on information architecture and usability. Cascade Centers wanted their website to tailor to 3 distinct users; potential clients, current clients and employees. GeekPAK did extensive research to fully understand all of Cascade Centers services and performed content rewrites as well a complete reorganization of content to line up with their existing collateral and create a clear vision and voice to their clients, potential clients and employees. Cascade Center's website went from just 65 pages to almost 200 pages. In the end, they were fitted with a way to bring updated content to the top of the website hierarchy with an image and content aggregator. PDF files were converted to html for searchability. The website used GeekPAK's Content Management System as its back end so that they would be able to make updates themselves. Cascade Centers now has the power to perform all the updates they need whenever they want! Project Highlights: + Reorganization and rewriting of content to define message of site (Information architecture) + Restructured branding elements to sync with identity of company + Enhanced navigation for easier searchablility + Organized catalog of informational resources, such as video and pdfs + Self managed website Modules used to create this site: Content Management, Contact & Business Development | ||
