Can Talent Really Move The Needle on Student Achievement
The Chicago Public Education Fund
September 30, 2010
You've read the headlines. Unprecedented dollars and attention are being paid to human capital as the way to drive better outcomes for students. Bold – and controversial – plans abound over how educators are prepared, evaluated and compensated.
But, what's the real story behind the scenes? What are human capital leaders in the nation's leading–edge urban school systems doing to promote excellence at all levels?
These are the questions The Fund sought to better understand. Leading educators from school districts across the country were brought together with The Fund, their board of directors and educators from the greater Chicago Public Schools community.
GeekPAK was pleased to work with The Fund on this important effort. From idea to implementation we helped The Fund design, develop and deliver a wide range of communication tools to support the event.
Communications tools included:
+ Save The Date (print)
+ Save The Date eBlast
+ Formal Invitation (print)
+ Event Promotion eBlast Series
+ 16 Page Event Program (print)
+ Event Video Filming and Post Production
+ Event Recap eBlast
+ Dedicated Event Page Featuring Videos of Every Session
Working with GeekPAK, The Fund was able to develop a rich blend of communication tools. Each element was part of the larger strategy, brand compliant, and focused on making not only a successful event, but also providing a resource for people to use in the subsequent months.
Print, video, eBlast, web...what can GeekPAK do for you?
